The staff at Pigg really care about making you happy. They also appear to screen their vehicles to offer top notched used vehicles, which is a big plus. The vehicle I purchased was a one owner and I was able to see all the maintenance history through the Carfax report. I dealt with Joel Raley, What a top notch guy! After searching many dealerships in the Birmingham and Atlanta area, my husband found a van on the Pigg Enterprises website that was priced right. We are very glad we made the drive down to check out their dealership. The salesman, Joel Raley, was friendly, relaxed, and allowed us plenty of time to check out and test drive two vehicles that were of interest without any pressure. The van we liked was priced lower than any we had previously seen in the same condition (make, model, year, mileage, etc.) at other dealerships. We asked if they could do an appraisal on our sedan and they offered us a great quote in about 15 minutes. Joel offered us drinks on two separate occasions while we were there and let us drive the van again while we were waiting for our credit check. Once we decided to make the trade, the paperwork process was quick and efficient but thorough. We walked out with a great price for a great van. We would recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a good prices, no pressure, and employees whose motto is to "do the right thing." More

Surprisingly not a typical dealer, family driven When shopping for a 'new' used car, I looked for the vehicle I wanted and it so happened to be here. Working with Joel was great from the start, check When shopping for a 'new' used car, I looked for the vehicle I wanted and it so happened to be here. Working with Joel was great from the start, checking out the suv, then driving it on my own led me to decide to buy it. They gave me the best price, added some options like a new 2nd key, hitch and I paid for an extended warranty just to be safe. Within a few hours or less, I had a contract, key and insurance to drive it home! I didn't get the reg done there, as I lived in another county and could pick out my own plate. Later I noticed some transmission problems, decided to bring it back and get the rest of the things done like a key, hitch, recall and some other things. I had to go out of the country for a week and when I came back everything was done and they even came to pick me up and drop me off. These guys go above the typical and make it done right, just like my family would. I trust them, you should too. More
