They tried their best to accommodate our needs and definitely met our expectations of customer service. The excellent service we received was a factor in our decision to lease a vehicle with Princeton Land Rover. We met with Michael to finalize the paperwork. We purchase our vehicle from a distance after working with Mr Mironov and subsequently drove from Syracuse to New Jersey to finalize our contract. Upon my arrival home I expressed some concerns to Mr Mironov which he promptly addressed and continues to resolve. I feel very fortunate to have encountered Mr Mironov as our encounter has restored my confidence in the integrity of the sales and purchasing process.He is without doubt a tremendous credit to your organization. My wife had been set on the LR4 for awhile now but we did not decide to go this route until our 3rd child was on the way (all under 4yo). My wife had recommended Princeton Land Rover as she said she called in and spoke to Joel who was very knowledgeable about the car. My wife told she made an appointment to go in. This was the farthest of the 3 LR dealerships in our area but by far the best. Joel spent about 3 hours with us just answering questions, going through every seat config, moving car seats around, etc. Since we purchased end of '13 they discussed thoroughly model facelift etc. Long story short smoothest buying experience I can remember. Staff was great all the way around and Joel was top notch! Not too mention they found my wife the exact config she wanted and had it to her in record time. Strongly suggest this dealership and if you have the opportunity to work with Joel he is rock solid! I never fill these surveys out but this experience was a cut above the rest. More
