He made my wife and I feel like family. James even called me after we returned home to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and our experience at their store. The general sales manager Rich and the finance manager Mike were also wonderful and great to deal with. Everyone kept checking on us to make sure everything was going smooth during the entire transaction. All of the staff members were very friendly. Joel who is also a salesperson, came over to congratulate us on our purchase and thank us for our business. Everyone made us feel like family. They treated my wife and I like we were the most important customers in the world. Almost every staff member congratulated us on our purchase and kept asking if we needed anything like a drink, coffee, etc. They all went out of their way to make us feel appreciated. We have never been treated so well at any dealership before. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Keep up the great work!! More

Walked away with a good price on an in stock vehicle (leased) after some final last minute negotiating during vehicle delivery. (Had to point out advertised deal which came out over night after I negotiated over the phone) Also received some freebies.. Thank you! Lastly, started out with my old vehicle in service. The service team is always pleasant and will provide you with coupons upfront and hassle free advice, which in this case was advice well provided. Thank you all! More
