I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. 3rd and not my last purchase Walked into Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford an hour before closing out a Saturday. I was greeted by Darren Cartwright as if I was his first customer not Walked into Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford an hour before closing out a Saturday. I was greeted by Darren Cartwright as if I was his first customer not his last. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. A few minutes before the dealership closed I decided to lease a new Tiguan (which is great). Joe Walker and Darren worked hard to make sure the deal was done before I left and to my satisfaction. No one acted put out for having to stay late on a Saturday night. The entire Ganley team made the process quick, easy, and fair. This was my third VW purchase from Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford and won't be my last. More

My experience with Joe couldn’t have been better. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and organized. He helped me purchase a 2015 Tiguan, which I love! I told Joe about my college-age daughter who had been turned down a couple of times for a loan. He dove into the situation and was able to find a solution quickly her. She ended up purchasing a 2015 Jetta. We both couldn’t be happier! Thanks, Joe, and the entire Ganley VW Group. It was a great experience!! More
