I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. Joe Walker took up the baton on entering the dealership and could not have done more to meet our expectations regarding the specification of the vehicle, including a demonstration of the various features. He also managed the transfer of my insurance and license plates from my previous vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Joe in particular for vehicle purchase, I will be back to Joe for my next vehicle. More

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was enthusiastic without being pushy. He explained every feature on the vehicle and was patient with our questions and decision-making process. Overall, the dealership treated us fairly on price and processed our transaction very quickly. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and I can say this was as pleasant an experience you can have when plunking down a large chunk of change on a fancy piece of rolling metal.
