When calling to book the appointment the person taking the appointment did not appear to be knowledgeble about how to do it. Spelt my name wrong and sent a confirmation email to the wrong email address af the appointment did not appear to be knowledgeble about how to do it. Every other dealership I have brought my vehicle to washes the vehicle prior to pick-up. I was even prepare to have it waxed and pay extra. But again Joe was very communicative. More

I took my honda accord to have a regular maintenance to Gunn Honda in I10 in san antonio. My service tech was Joe, he took care of the recall to update the dash computer( wich I didnt know anything about Gunn Honda in I10 in san antonio.
