Joe Ray was great - he was my initial contact on chat, which turned into e-mail which led to meeting him personally. HE would be the reason I would recommend this location. He is very laid back, personabl which turned into e-mail which led to meeting him personally. HE would be the reason I would recommend this location. He is very laid back, personable and listened to our parameters without pressuring us in anyway. I was actually very disappointed with the financing piece. Once Joe passed our information onto the financial department (and I can't remember our finance agent's name) - our great experience turned a little south. First off, we waited for at least 30 minutes before we were assisted. Our agent did come out to give us a status on where he was at with out process, but still took a long time. Then we went upstairs to a very unprofessional office that was very unorganized and had stacks of boxes of shirts (?) I believe. He started going through our numbers and when I questioned the trade value he had given us he just said "well I have nothing to do with that, I only help you finance the vehicle" - this was a bit frustrating. He didn't offer to get Joe to discuss or negotiate with us...just continued on with his finance package. He then reviewed the available warranties - he had printed them all in package form and was scribbling out the package and re-writing the a la carte prices. We agreed on the terms (although it was $40 more that we had expected....we were told by the Sales Manager we would be around $100/month for the lease). When we were in the process of signing the documents he realized he had the incorrect lease length and had to re-print. Everyone makes mistakes - but the entire lease process from the atmosphere to the accuracy was very mediocre. By this point, I just wanted to finish the deal and get home. It was over a 4 hour experience - we arrived with a specific stock number (that showed on the website, but was sold when we arrived) - we didn't eve do a test drive and what started off to be a good experience with Joe - spiraled into a second-rate experience. I am having a little buyers remorse - wishing I would have pushed back more on the trade value, questioned the pricing of the vehicle as supposedly we got a great deal for a manual transmission, etc. I would recommend Joe Ray to ANYONE - you have a superstar there....... but overall I would say our experience was ok. Very disatisfied with the disconnect between the salesman and finance agent. More

Quick, friendly, excellent customer service. Joe Ray got me the deal available. I called about a car and he went out to the lot to make sure it was there and then warmed it up because it was a cold night a me the deal available. I have been to many auto dealers through the years, by far those people at Nissan Kia are one of the few best dealers in Minnesota. I just found their address on web while I was searching for Nissan cars, far those people at Nissan Kia are one of the few best dealers in Minnesota. I just found their address on web while I was searching for Nissan cars, but after I talked to the dealership/joe Ray/ and finance manger at the end, I noticed that I am in good hands. The Business manager/Michael Gittins/ was very professional and friendly person. I bought my car with good price from friendly people. Thanks Michael & Joe for changing my perception of car dealers. Overall this was the one of the more positive experiences during the car buying process. I felt that Joe was extremely helpful in figuring out what we needed in a car. He spent a great deal of time trying t during the car buying process. I felt that Joe was extremely helpful in figuring out what we needed in a car. He spent a great deal of time trying to find the "right car" for us, even though it meant trudging through a lot of snow to find it. I was very pleased with his customer service and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. The only reason I am rating customer service at a 4, is due to the time I spent waiting for the paperwork to go through. I know it can be a long process, but it felt longer than my previous car buying experience. I kind of felt forgotten and there wasn't much explanation as to why there was such a long wait. Regardless of the wait time, I think I would go back to Luther Nissan/Kia in the future for additional car needs. More

I brought my daughter in to get her first car about 2 years ago and everyone there made us feel so comfortable and inviting; it was a wonderful car shopping experience. The employees really make you feel years ago and everyone there made us feel so comfortable and inviting; it was a wonderful car shopping experience. The employees really make you feel at ease during what could be for most a really stressful time. Eric Nieves is quite the asset to your company as well. He made my daughter's first car buying experience very comfortable and made sure she was aware of ALL aspects of the purchase. He spoke clearly and explained things we didn't quite understand. I had such a great experience there w/ my daughter that two years later (yesterday) when my own car needs came into play, the first place I thought of was Luther Nissan Kia!! I wasn't going to walk out of there and go anywhere else. Because of the wonderful service we received during our first visit, I was set on finding the car I wanted at Luther Nissan Kia. The salesman, Joe Ray, was SPECTACULAR!! He was so kind and very easy to speak candidly with as well. He understood what I was looking for and helped me to make the right decision. I have wanted a Kia SOUL ever since first seeing that very first commercial w/ the hamsters and Joe helped me to feel comfortable going w/ a lease; something I was VERY leary about doing. I brought my mom w/ me to help me decide and he made us both feel comfortable and I think if my mom ever has a need for a vehicle she may just go to Luther Nissan Kia as well. Eri Nieves was WONDERFUL w/ us as well. I was very glad to know that he would be the one working w/ the financial aspect of my new vehicle as I had such a postive experience w/ him prior. Overall, I will continue to go to Luther Nissan Kia for all my car needs from now on! :) More

I came in to just look at how much leasing a car would be in the near future. I sat down with Joe, and he went over many specific options. He is very easy to talk to and very professional. I also had the pleasure to work with Eric in financing. He is great too. He knows how to explain all the background information. Both of these men are very knowledgable and I definitely will referr anyone I can to work with these two gentlemen. Thanks alot guys for everything. I love my new 2013 Kia optima :) More

The wait to talk to finance was longer than it should be. We were just left to sit and wait for over 30 minutes. No one knew how long it was going to be. The only other issue was because of the long wait for finance so late in the day we didn't finish our paper work until after the dealer closed. We were left out in the below freezing tempature to transfer our belongings from our old car to the new one. By the time we finished my husband and I both couldn't feel our hands. It was also dark and difficult to see that we didn't miss anything. Overall it was a good experience other than the above. More
