Wade was beyond fantastic! I give him a 10 star rating on a 5 star scale. Huge kudos to Lexus of Brookfield for recognizing the need to teach clients how to use their new vehicles and how all the technology a 5 star scale. My husband and I bought a GX 460 this week and we couldn't have had a better experience buying a vehicle. There weren't too many 2020's left and the team we worked with found exactly what we were loo couldn't have had a better experience buying a vehicle. There weren't too many 2020's left and the team we worked with found exactly what we were looking for. Max was new to Lexus, his first week there and was very pleasant to work with. By the time we were finished purchasing our new vehicle we really got to know Sam, no pressure working with him at all! It was a pleasure talking with Joe! Verbie was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. And Wade showed us all we needed to know about all the settings in the car. There are so many, we may need a refresher and he gladly told us to come back any time. I do not enjoy purchasing new vehicles but at Lexus Brookfield, they made it a fun experience, THANK YOU! More
