I have purchased a vehicle in the past from this dealership and had a pleasant experience, so I returned years later for another purchase. This time around has been different. I went into inquire on dealership and had a pleasant experience, so I returned years later for another purchase. This time around has been different. I went into inquire on a used vehicle, and trade in value for my vehicle. After my visit, I had 5 different people from the dealership calling, texting and emailing me DAILY for a couple of weeks before I made my decision. I made the purchase, and came back within a few days with a few questions regarding the vehicle - emailed, called and text THREE employees that helped me along the way INCLUDING the sales manager. Not a single person will respond to my questions or help me any further. I guess they got what they wanted, and don't care anymore. I am highly disappointed with the service I got this time around. More

Went in here knowing that they had a vehicle I liked but wasn’t sure we could strike a deal based on my trade value and I was someone looking to buy & license out of Oregon. Their whole process of one sales wasn’t sure we could strike a deal based on my trade value and I was someone looking to buy & license out of Oregon. Their whole process of one salesperson, start to finish with that one person doing all the negotiating on my behalf was different but seems to work great. There were issues with my residency and getting financing even though I had outstanding credit. My advocate, a great young man named DJ Villasenor, fought on my behalf to secure the whole deal, when something came up, he marched back and forth to keep the deal alive. Not just your typical dealership dog & pony show, but truly someone I felt was working in my best interest to get this done, RIGHT! When all was said & done, they gave me an extremely good price on my trade, made all of the paperwork about as simple as could be, and actually made the whole experience good. I also would like to include while passing out praise to those who were instrumental in making this a great experience, Holly, Brad, & Karina who all did a fantastic job in making this happen. Also Sterling, for his help as well. I can see why this store has high ratings, it’s their people, & DJ, while relatively new to the business, understands people, their wishes and concerns, and does a tremendous job as making the whole process as uncomplicated as possible.
