Joseph "Joe/Joey" Melfi is a really helpful, professional salesman. When I arrived at the dealership I knew exactly what I was looking for and Joe took the time to make sure all the specs were right and my t salesman. When I arrived at the dealership I knew exactly what I was looking for and Joe took the time to make sure all the specs were right and my truck was built to my specifications. He told me that it would take some time to build the truck as it was a brand new 2023 and I was placing the order with him in the end of 2022. At first, when the truck arrived, it was built without the packages I asked for due to a manager's lack of attention to detail. However, Joe made sure that the second time we placed the order that we went over every single detail and package and placed the order correctly while sitting down with the same manager who had messed up the first truck order. Joe kept me updated with everything that was going on including the Ram Recall. When my truck in, Joe informed me that the recall had been taken care of and the truck was good to go. I worked with Mary right after to finalize the financial aspect of the deal and everything went smoothly. I would only refer Joe Melfi to my friends, family, and acquaintances.
