He didn't pressure us on features or after market accessories we weren't interested in, he just helped us find the best vehicle for us within our price range. In fact, I have purchased several cars and I cannot name not one time I had a good experience; not until my experience at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL. I came into the lot to purchase my daughter a car for her 18th birthday and I must say the customer service there was superb! From the initial phone call with Keith to sells rep (Joe Luque) to the financing depart (Emir Cordic), I was treating like a VIP purchaser. Joe made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and not just settling for nothing less than what I wanted. Joe was also my advocate in which he made sure I stayed within my price of affordability while helping me get the car that I wanted. Amir (financing) took his time explaining the loan details so that I can have a better understanding.
