Tanner was awesome when I checked in for oil change. He said it might be 90 minutes and asked if I was alright with that and I agreed. Did not inspect my car. Missed oil leak, tire sensor damage and battery issue. They wanted to charge me $45 for the second time to clean my battery when they knew I needed a Missed oil leak, tire sensor damage and battery issue. They wanted to charge me $45 for the second time to clean my battery when they knew I needed a new one. I took my car to another Subaru dealer to get an honest inspection. Wakefield Subaru failed to tell me about issues because I was still under warranty and they didn’t want to pay for oil leak and sensor issue repairs. They talked to me as if I was dumb. Dismissed me with condescending attitude. Now I have to go thru the court system to make them honor my warranty. New ownership is horrible. I’ve owned Subarus since 2002. I haven’t had an issue until new ownership. This is the worst dealership. Buying a Lexus. More
