The sales team was very helpful and determined to make sure we got the vehicle we needed. However, we later discovered that they were marking their Nissan vehicle’s up by more than 11% over MSRP. That averages out to be between $5,000 to $6,000 over sticker price, and when questioned about this, their excuse was that there was a shortage of new cars due to a chip shortage, and that all the dealers are doing this. That’s price gouging in my book. These dealerships should be fined for price gouging the same as gas stations are during a crisis. Buyers beware if you don’t agree with this. More

Carol and I have always had good results buying vehicles from our salesmen at Nissan. After 7+ vehicles, this deal was no different. Lance pulled out two Altimas for me to look at and drive and I settled from our salesmen at Nissan. After 7+ vehicles, this deal was no different. Lance pulled out two Altimas for me to look at and drive and I settled on a used 2020 SR. The passenger front tire had a bulge and Lance and Brandon (in service) got it taken care of with a new Hankook tire quickly. Lance knew what I wanted and got me taken care of. The service department, as usual, was great and I am recommending Lance and Brandon to all my friends and co-workers looking for vehicles. More

Genuinely unsure how Landers McLarty has such “good” reviews. My husband and I have given them an abundance (a few too many if I’m honest) of chances in the past 3 years and I have officially reached th reviews. My husband and I have given them an abundance (a few too many if I’m honest) of chances in the past 3 years and I have officially reached the point of leaving a review and letting y’all know to dodge this place like a bullet, both Landers McLarty Nissan and Landers McLarty Chevrolet, because they are not worth your time or money. Though they are “ranked #1” I am certain they only maintain that title due to the uninformed high income locals who don’t care about the price, they just want what they want and don’t care to look any further. Landers McLarty is, frankly, robbing you if you buy anything from them. And I can confidently and honestly say that because in my experience, in those past three years, we have purchased four vehicles. FOUR vehicles and in all of those car buying processes, which does take time, Landers McLarty has had at least one vehicle we have considered. Each and every time they have been pushy, WAY overpriced, and when we purchase our vehicles elsewhere, all of that was validated. We have purchased vehicles from four other dealerships in that time. We traveled more than two hours away for two of those four purchases. We literally took our money to completely different states, in the midst of a global pandemic when we should be investing in our community, BECAUSE our experience was so bad and we refuse to give our hard-earned money to businesses who don’t deserve it. And Landers McLarty does not, I repeat, DOES NOT, deserve your business. Even when they are convinced they’re going to change your mind because we let them know “hey, we’ve had really bad experiences here”, it doesn’t matter. Don’t waste your time. When I drove up and was swarmed, literally swarmed, by six or seven men trying to sell me a car, I should’ve turned around and left. I absolutely will not be making that mistake again. 0/10. I do NOT recommend. More

He worked as hard as he could to get the best deal offered from the dealership. This is been a great experience. We dealt with a Salesman named Renee.
