Two weeks later, when it was my turn to shop for a new 2026 Chevrolet Traverse, I was just as impressed with the experience. Our salesperson, Bill Caffey, had already helped my husband, and he treated me with the same attentiveness and respect. He walked me through the features of the Traverse in a way that felt clear and empowering, not overwhelming, before I took it for a test drive.
