Ferman BMW service is fantastic. We took our new vehicle in for wheel damage for an insurance claim and they worked to get the parts in and repair done as fast as they can. This was my second time purchasing a car at this location. The staff always treat you as their first priority. This time I dealt with Chellcey Vecchio outstanding salesperson. Had appointment for first visit and wasn’t in the system. Thankfully on a busy Saturday a gentleman named Tyler was there to greet and help us. Keys were lost for car I wanted to test drive and waited over a Thankfully on a busy Saturday a gentleman named Tyler was there to greet and help us. Keys were lost for car I wanted to test drive and waited over an hour so Tyler got keys for another option that drove the same. When we got back the keys were found so we test drove the one i was interested in. I wasn’t in love with the interior so Tyler stayed after hours looking for what inventory was coming in. He found one that wasn’t sold already and was arriving in two days that looked to fit all my requests. My main request was for heated seats and the car arrived with NO heated seats. They tried to find another option, but it was almost $2k more and I already expanded my budget with the other car. Detail doesn’t include a wax on new vehicle and some stickiness on seat. Supposed to be cleaned when i bring in for the tint. Tyler was very responsive via my texts, even on his day off. Corporate office isn’t nice with customers trying to do local business either. Update 3/2/22 came in for the tint and get final details worked out. The service department and David were fantastic in assisting my concerns and listening to my needs. They normally do wax with first detail, but didn’t have time as my car arrived same day I picked up. I appreciate the professionalism displayed today and feel better about being a Ferman customer. More

I've had a very good experience with this dealership in the past. However, I recently purchase a certified i3--the electric series. The dealership had minimal knowledge of the technology, benefits, poten the past. However, I recently purchase a certified i3--the electric series. The dealership had minimal knowledge of the technology, benefits, potential challenges with an electric car & when I took delivery, the car was not detailed or prepared at the standard you would expect for a Certified BMW. Lastly, the spare key is completely inoperable & there is no User's Manual, so I was a bit disappointed in the overall experience. The people were very nice. More
