Kay was a ray of sunshine and made this a welcoming experience. Sales and our financial specialist were both professional and so personable, and although Scot (2 liter) was not our salesman, but he made sure my wife was brought a drink and was comfortable. We give this staff a 5 and dealership a 5 rating.
