Jody talked with us several times about the situation with our 2002 Prius, now needing a replacement 12-volt battery in less than 2 years. She was understanding of our concerns (more than DOUBLE the cost with our 2002 Prius, now needing a replacement 12-volt battery in less than 2 years. She was understanding of our concerns (more than DOUBLE the cost of a "normal" battery!) and tried unsuccessfully to get an adjustment. The battery was in stock, and the car was ready the next day.
