Every staff member we met were friendly & welcoming. Job was diligent & accommodating during the sales negotiations. The financing agreement was explained thoroughly & patiently by James. Aisha was engaging & knowledgeable with the accessories, which convinced us to add them. What was most important to us was the after sales service that we received. The staff, namely James, Aisha, & Christian, addressed any and all concerns with the same courtesy and patience that was shown before the purchase. My last visit on 15Jul2025 was done with quick efficiency by Jacob, John, & Sam. I look forward to future interactions with City Kia & its staff, and hope they’ll sustain this level of service for a long time. More
