I have been working through the process of ordering a custom build from Jaguar with Karen for the last six months. At all times (both in and out of office hours) she has been available to answer my quest custom build from Jaguar with Karen for the last six months. At all times (both in and out of office hours) she has been available to answer my questions politely and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Karen. Others at this dealership getting five stars for their assistance during the delivery process are Nolan Olson, Joel Mironov, Jeff O'Brien and Jimmy Krail. JLR Princeton is definitely a top-class experience all around! More

He knew his product; he knew the competing products, was aware of the real-world market conditions. Upon delivery, Nolan was also fantastic through the entire process.
