Omarrosa157, we appreciate your business and your response. We are sorry to hear you were unaware of parameters of Toyota's College Rebate program after accessing information online. Our Finance Manager would have needed to be informed/provided with an approval to include the rebate request on your transaction. Toyota Financial administers the College Rebate program and does not allow dealerships to deviate from it's parameters.

I do want to clarify that I was aware of the student discount and uploaded the required documents, which were verified and approved. Hence I called immediately and was told it was too late. Had I been informed of the timing requirement in person during the purchase process, I absolutely would have ensured it was done correctly and on time. Unfortunately, that’s a $500 benefit I missed out on—something that makes a real difference for students like me. After reviewing the policy, I didn’t find anything clearly explaining the cutoff or late submission policy, which is why I’m raising this issue.
