I was happy with the selection of cars. We were looking for a car for my mother who is on a fixed income. Our sales person was quick to get us cars to test drive. I was disappointed that I couldn’t talk any more off the cost of the car. I was also disappointed that we had to wait 45 minutes to talk the finance person. I finally got fed up and walked over to the finance office. I was disappointed to see the finance person sitting and talking to a colleague as we were waiting. They hopped up and said he just arrived. I wasn’t planning on writing a review because our time at your dealership wasn’t the best but since I keep receiving the survey. Here you go. More

Have great experiences working with Sam Waddell as my service coordinator. Takes his time explaining any concerns or what work has been completed or any issues and has great communication skills . Is aware that we drive a distance and wait for our service , this has been no issue and he ensures work is completed in a timely manner with no less care taken . Although the salesperson who helped me during my visit was kind and knowledgeable, I am upset that it was not disclosed to me upfront that the add-ons (approximately $2300) are preinstalled such as antith was kind and knowledgeable, I am upset that it was not disclosed to me upfront that the add-ons (approximately $2300) are preinstalled such as antitheft system, windshield repellant, and paint protection. I was not aware of these add-ons until I was signing paperwork with the finance manager. I went back and forth with the salesperson because I do not need the add-ons, but apparently these “cannot be removed” and all vehicles have them preinstalled. Despite being misled by the salesperson, what prompted me to write this bad review is the terrible customer service from the finance manager, Amos Longanecker. He is rude with a nasty attitude and unfriendly demeanor. It’s very apparent that he doesn’t care about customers-after all, he isn’t a salesperson since he handles finances. More

I walked in on a Monday morning knowing exactly which car I wanted to test drive. I met with Jim. From start to finish he was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We negotiated a bit on my trade in value a I wanted to test drive. I met with Jim. From start to finish he was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We negotiated a bit on my trade in value and some warranties I didn’t want. Then I met with Anus filled out all the paperwork. We had a few things we needed to adjust on the paperwork, but we got the deal done. Both of these guys were easy to work with. I’m a women and never felt intimated. The car buying experience is stressful enough. I would definitely buy from this dealer again. More

Sold me a certified car with the basic fluids low or empty. They did fill them free of charge but it wasted an hour of my day off. After that appointment I went to get gas and the fuel area under the ga empty. They did fill them free of charge but it wasted an hour of my day off. After that appointment I went to get gas and the fuel area under the gas cap was disgusting. I wasn't going to deal with them and took care of it myself. I did like the sales person I had, but that was about it. Probably will look elsewhere for my next vehicle. More
