So overall the experience was very good. Buying a car is just a stressful experience and it really should not be. It would be nice to just know that everyone is getting the best possibly and same price. J just a stressful experience and it really should not be. It would be nice to just know that everyone is getting the best possibly and same price. Just too bad the industry does not just make one price for a car. I felt we got a fair price but really no real way of knowing and that is just too bad and a drawback for the industry. I would recommend the guys who worked with us. I feel like they were fair and doing the best with what they had to offer. It’s just really the industry that makes me crazy. I think the whole industry could use as overhaul! More

With a few very good service experiences, I decided to contact them first about a second new Subaru purchase. The details I obtained by phone were excellent with no hassles. I placed a refundable deposit on a vehicle that was scheduled for later delivery. Both Jim and Clint contacted me when the car arrived, and I made the 70 mile trek to see it. The car was ready for my view and test-drive upon arrival. Most purchase details had been considered by phone, so the sales process was about as simple as could be. I love the new car, and appreciate the way my entire sales experience transpired - from phone call, to updates, to driving off the lot. Royal Moore Subaru has well earned my loyalty! More
