The three Subarus we have purchased, 2 Outback’s and our new Forrester, have all been great vehicles, and just right for our fami working since 2017. The ‘Encore’ feature of aftercare is a stroke of genius, in my opinion. Returning to the dealership two weeks or so after purchase allows the customer to get any new questions resolved, and to learn about features they might have overlooked. Emmylea, the ‘Encore’ specialist, made the meeting easy, and the trip back to the lot worthwhile. She is a subject matter expert, for sure, and truly cares about customer satisfaction.
