Lou Sobh is not convenient to where I live so the entire transaction was done through my credit union's car purchasing program. The contact for the program was Jim Milam. I tried "through my program" to n transaction was done through my credit union's car purchasing program. The contact for the program was Jim Milam. I tried "through my program" to negotiate the price of the vehicle but was told the price was firm, which was a bummer. I didn't work with Jim directly but I did call to cancel a scheduled test drive of the vehicle due to proximity and a scheduling conflict. I don't recall the names of the guys that delivered the vehicle to my credit union but they were accommodating, personable and very professional. It made up for the price not being negotiable....some! Finally, I'm very pleased with my vehicle but N/A needs to be added as an option for responses as most don't apply to me because I used a third party. More
