Once we decided to move forward with the purchase...we worked quickly through the purchase process, while the service team cleaned, detailed, and gassed up the care...all under 2 hours!!! Jeff Sepulvado’s knowledge about the Kia and his sincere interest in what we were were looking for was greatly appreciated. As a result, we got everything that we wanted (or well, almost everything ... just couldn't get those air-conditioned front seats). It was also very refreshing and enjoyable dealing with a true professional who was genuinely knowledgeable, interested and personable! In addition, working with Jim McMahon in finance was also a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was always eager to explain things in minute detail to ensure that there were no unanswered questions as well as ensure that I was satisfied with the purchase process. Jim was also very sincere and personable! I should also point out that this is the second car that we have purchased from Jeff Belzer Kia.
