An awesome experience! I visited Wallace Nissan Mitshubishi of Kingsport recently because they had sold me an Eclipse a few years ago and I was very pleased with the vehicle I visited Wallace Nissan Mitshubishi of Kingsport recently because they had sold me an Eclipse a few years ago and I was very pleased with the vehicle and with the dealership overall. I was initially interested in purchasing a Toyota Rav4 but was not impressed with the treatment I received at the dealerships I visited. A friend who also has purchased from Wallace of Kingsport informed me that there were some great incentives on buying a Nissan or Mitshubishi. I went to Wallace with low expectations after my previous encounters with dealerships but was very pleasantly surprised when they essentially rolled out the red carpet for me. From start to finish that day, I felt like I was family. My sales rep, Jim McCoy, was very relatable and so easy to talk to but extremely informative as well. No question went unanswered. He really took his time to get to know me as a person. My previous sales rep from the Eclipse a few years ago came over and was also very helpful and appreciative. All the staff I encountered that day spoke to me, from sales reps to the guys in the service department. I even had another customer of Wallace there to service his vehicle tell me how pleased he was with the dealership. He said I couldn't find nice people to deal with and I can attest that I will now say the same thing to other folks. I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received and absolutely love my brand new Eclipse Cross! I feel I got a whole lot of car for not a ton of money. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced at this dealership and look forward to dealing with Jim and those at Wallace of Kingsport in the months and years to come. Just an awesome experience. More

We went and drove it and loved it. I would recommend shopping there when looking for a vehicle. Everyone was very nice and friendly. More

Happy Birthday surprise! My children and I were able to surprise my Daddy with an 84th birthday surprise with the help of Jim McCoy and Wallace Nissan!! I can’t say enough fab My children and I were able to surprise my Daddy with an 84th birthday surprise with the help of Jim McCoy and Wallace Nissan!! I can’t say enough fabulous things about Jim and his whole team! The car is fantastic but that’s only part of it! The transaction was seamless, honest, and straightforward. Jim helped the whole way through with integrity and kindness! My Daddy has been diagnosed with Satge 4 terminal cancer and his greatest pleasures are loving the Lord, his family and the golf course. And now he’s going to ride out the last little bit of time here with us in his Cadillac from Wallace Nissan! My only regret is that we waited 84 years to buy Daddy his first real birthday surprise! Thank you Jim McCoy!! More
