From up front car shopping with Tom Terrill, thru financing and service (Mike Riccardi and Jim Hierl are the best) always a great experience. Tom recently sold us a pre-owned 328xi that is going to be titled out of state, and he and Flemington BMW even handled the out of state registration process! I've purchased 3 or 4 BMW's from Tom, always a pleasure working with him. He always takes to time to understand my requirements and patiently provides multiple quotes until I find the right vehicle (and financial deal) that makes sense for me. More

He showed us all the options for extended service and warranties and we had a deal. We drove away with a beautiful Certified Pre-owned X5 in a matter of a few hours. She is in the customer service industry and remarked that she really liked his relaxed and friendly manner.
