Not only is he very knowledgeable about the BMW fleet of vehicles but he is incredibly professional, patient, and honest. He actively listens to his client's needs and makes excellent recommendations. Tom is low-key and you never feel pressured to make a hasty decision. From start to finish, we felt that Tom worked with us to insure that we were satisfied with our purchase. He took great care to make sure that when we picked the vehicle up, it was impeccable and he spent a great deal of time reviewing it's features, connecting our cell phones to Bluetooth, and introducing us to the countless technological features of this fabulous new SUV! Honest and easy to deal with!! This is my 3rd BMW from the same dealership. I like the nice friendly atmosphere and honesty of the people I have been dealing with.I just bought another car today, 12/28/2017. Yes, I was looking for one but wasn't serious. Walked in to get one of my vehicle serviced and while I was waiting happened to run into J. R. Nast who answered a few questions regarding the 2018 models and introduced me to Agata. In next 2 hours while my vehicle got serviced, Agata had helped me narrow down my options and I walked away with a car. As with any other dealership, there has been a few turnovers but I never felt the difference...did not know Agata but felt like we knew each other for a while. Jan helped me get my paperwork in order and I was out the door in less than 30 min. Car buying has never been this easy. Not only I buy my cars here, I have them serviced here as well. And if you are looking for a good service advisor, look for Jim Hierl. Everyone here is good but Jim is the best. More

Finally, peace of mind For several month a warning message would pop up on the screen, along with a bell. You can imagine how distracting an annoying that can be. Although my husband tried, according to him, several times, to have this resolved, it never was. So after having the "bell" go off one too many times while I was driving, I stopped to see Mr. Hierl. Needless to say, it was fixed the next day and my sanity was restored. Although some may disagree with that. Jim has a calm, reassuring manner, that makes you believe he can get it fixed. Which is exactly what i needed and wanted to hear. He did what he said he would do and is true to his word. A very important attribute in this day and age.
