Sales person was fine, but honestly the sales manager was pissing me off with his demands to make a decision within 45 minutes. When I did decide to buy the car I called beforehand, they said they would call pissing me off with his demands to make a decision within 45 minutes. When I did decide to buy the car I called beforehand, they said they would call me back. When they called back they said it was there and I can come get it. When I arrived they said someone else showed up 5 minutes before me and is test driving the car. I found it very annoying as I called beforehand to specifically ensure of this and I live less than 4 miles away from the dealership so I know it didn’t take me long to get there. Ultimately I did purchase the car, but the situations made me feel very uncomfortable and worried about my purchase instead of excited/happy. Also the day after I saw there was a $500 rebate that the financial department never mentioned to me, which was another frustrating experience. More
