patient and some what friendly and some times disorganized s Got the chance to work with multiple people since there is no commission. But that made it seem like ground hog day since we had to repeat everything Got the chance to work with multiple people since there is no commission. But that made it seem like ground hog day since we had to repeat everything we wanted and talk about cars we had already seen. We also had to be patient and adventurous as we searched for cars that were physically unavailable but were online. Communication was slow online or via text. Took an act of Congress to finally get the Out the Door Pricing and when we did get it, there was little to no negotiation. That being said the pricing of MOST cars were right at market. You cant beat that lifetime warranty by you are gonna have to pay a little for it and obviously the used cars with it are sold quickly. Watched a few cars get sold within a month or two. Every dealer we talked to new quite a bit about the cars we were looking for and features offered. Some were very open to us on does and don't s. Not too much pressure to buy and at times it just seemed like the opposite. They didnt care if you brought a car. Hence, slow online/text communication and slow talks of out the door pricing. Manager was curious of our interests and plans then would suggest next course of actions. Most were quite helpful and caring. Used cars means used tires. But everything else seems pretty well shined up. Some nice touches from maybe a specific dealer were photos with the new cars and a thank you gift. They kept us hydrated, stored some food we had brought with us, were patient with us when we took a break for lunch, and even when we decided to leave. We dis like the amount of online pictures provided. Other dealers didnt have the same amount and sometimes didnt even show the inside. Plus you would have to read paragraphs of features where Royal Kias website made it pretty easy to filter your results and or at least open a drop down menu to see special features and trims. Very nice! More
