I had previous experience with Royal when I had my Sorento. It was a no-brainer to return to them when I needed a new car. I met Jesus and the entire experience was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Who can really say that when buying a used car?!? Jesus understood my needs and potential obstacles and kept me at ease throughout the whole process. He was very attentive to my questions and very responsive to my text messages. There was never any pressure, only solutions.
