Found Tacoma on Seeger's website. Completed appraisal request about 5:30pm. Received call from Jessie at 5:50pm. Confirmed interest in Tacoma. She gave me the appraisal offer. I accepted and gave a do request about 5:30pm. Received call from Jessie at 5:50pm. Confirmed interest in Tacoma. She gave me the appraisal offer. I accepted and gave a downpayment. Though Seeger closed at 6pm, Jessie and finance manager, waited for me to complete the credit app. Received text from Jessie before 9am the next day asking when I would like to pick up the truck. Provided the time. Left St. Louis at 10am and drove to St. Roberts (2 hrs). Tacoma was in the lot and ready for me to take delivery. Signed the paperwork. Was home by 2:30. Hassle free and friendly. Buying a new vehicle during this Covid19 situation was something I was dreading, until I got lucky enough to have Jessie reach out to my on ever had. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, found the exact truck I wanted a few hours away and made sure the dealership would play nice in getting it to us. I cannot express enough how patient and confident Jessie is in her craft as a salesperson. I never felt pressured or pushed into getting anything except exactly what I wanted. When it came to the paperwork Rob was thorough and efficient, no one actually enjoys having to sign all the papers but Rob makes it such a simple process.
