Car was nice and meet our expectations, we test drove another Highlander and settled on the quickly settled on the first one. After very little relaxed haggling, we arrived at a fair price, I was taken to the bank for a cashiers check, did a little paper work while the car was detailed, and out shortly after noon. Knowing I wanted a Toyota, I looked at Lakeside, as well as a bunch of other Toyota dealerships around the area. Josh responded to my emails, and was available to assist me with test driving, as well as answer any questions I had. Josh communicated with me throughout the weekend to keep me updated with when my car would be ready. Jesse was patient and explained the terms of the paperwork, etc, before I signed everything. Simply amazing, efficient and friendly! I went online to look at a pre owned highlander, however Caleb told me it was sold, but he could get a price on the 2016, so about 5 min latter he ema I went online to look at a pre owned highlander, however Caleb told me it was sold, but he could get a price on the 2016, so about 5 min latter he emailed and called me! I was looking for the new body style, however with a 20 month kid, going to the lot to really drive and work out the details is pretty much outta the question, so He emailed all the details and a very fair price. Worked out my trade via trade and pics. Then after about 30 mins Luis called So we hammered out everything via phone and email!!!!! I was in and out of the dealership 45!!!! Thanks Caleb!!!!!! More
