Salesman Scott Guillory was fast to respond and took the time to physically walk the lot to answer my specific question. Scott and the sales team were able to find a 4Runner comparable to what I was looking for very quickly, despite being told by the other local dealership it was not available. Lakeside Toyota got the 4Runner in a matter of three days. My wife and I waited for five and a half months for an order from the other dealership, with no answers to our questions. Lakeside Toyota: 3 days. I just wish we would have started at Lakeside! Business Manager Jessie Johnson in Finance was also a pleasure to deal with, very informative and friendly. I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Toyota or used vehicle shop at Lakeside Toyota. More

Loyalty For me it starts with my first purchase in 2013 when i bought my venza. My father insisted that we go to lakeside where he bought his first truck from Noah. So my father, fiancé and myself went to Noah and bought my first car. That was an amazing and painless experience. So now 2016. I was in a car accident and totaled the venza. I was already shaken up, with no desire to buy a car. My husband insisted that we start shopping so we narrowed it down to the Ford Explorer and the Toyota Hylander. With my comfort level being so high with Toyota, of coarse i went with the Hylander. So i called Noah, explained what happened and that we would be in wednesday of the next week to purchase the car. I know it is Noahs job to sell cars and make money. But when you and your family have bought a total of 4 cars from 1 man, and now the 5th he knows what we want and what we are comfortable with. On the phone i told Noah i wanted the base package of the hylander. He had it ready washed and cleaned before i got there wednesday at 1 because thats what i said i wanted. My husband insisted that i see the LE model to be sure. Noah sending that i was apprehensive of the first, that i would not be happy with the base also said try the LE. As it was the closest to the venza that i had previously. I loved my car, i wanted my car back. Noah reassured me in the hylander and just made me feel as much at ease as he could with such a hard decision that had to be made. Noah got me in my now hylander that i call "Cami" short for her name Chameleon because depending on how you look at her, her color changes with the light. To top it off i called noah thursday and told him that i found a nik in the paint after we left the dealership, he took care of that too. after the fact. He did not have to, but he did. That shows loyalty to the customers and apprication for our business jessie in the financing department is very personable and easy to talk to. I like that he wanted to get to know us a little instead of just sitting in silence. He joked with us and just put the icing on the cake of an already easy experience. More
