I ended up calling the franchise manager and he set my appointment. If the work needed was not a dealer required computer update, I would have gone somewhere else. This is the second time I have had issues with service department not returning calls and I have only owned my Hyundai since May. Because of the lack of service, and respect, from the service department, my next vehicle will not be a Hyundai. More
