Had to come in a second time because the tires weee not rotated when I first came. The accessory plug fuse was replaced with my spare under the hood fuses. I don’t know why ? On Tuesday, Aug 19th I found a screw in my tire and brought my 25 Honda CR-V into Honda of Sarasota at 9:30am without an appointment. I was greeted immediately and brought inside to speak with service brought my 25 Honda CR-V into Honda of Sarasota at 9:30am without an appointment. I was greeted immediately and brought inside to speak with service agent Jessica Washer. I had no appointment, but Jessica treated me like a VIP and had my car brought into service immediately. She monitored the repair situation throughout the repair and had me back on the road within one hour. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was actually a great experience. This was the 4th time that Jessica has taken care of me and each time has been an excellent experience. The service dept even texted me a video of how my tire was damaged and replaced. I have never had a service experience like this in my 55+ years of driving. Kudos to Jessica and Honda of Sarasota. More
