Jessica provided wonderful service - knowledgeable, efficient and gave very thorough explanation of all aspects of getting my vehicle serviced. Had to come in a second time because the tires weee not rotated when I first came. The accessory plug fuse was replaced with my spare under the hood fuses. I don’t know why ? Since I had to come in a second time the service people Joe and Jessica were helpful. Apparently Writing up a bad review gets somebodies attention. Again was approached by Honda Salesman to get an appraisal and I did not ask for it. Over being annoyed! This happened the first oil change.there seems to be a lack of communication between what the mechanic is doing and what the service write up fellow is telling his custimers More
