I have used this dealership on several occasions however the last two experiences have been lack luster. If I drop a vehicle off on a Wednesday and you know, you are too busy to diagnose and will need the vehicle for more than a day or two then you should tell me that when I drop the vehicle off. Give me the option of taking the vehicle somewhere else, making arrangements for transportation or provide me with a loaner vehicle for transportation. After all, I have to work to pay you. I use this dealership, but through the years the service dept has gotten worse. Yesterday I was there for a little over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
