Sales staff helpful. But the car has a lot of problems. They told me the car went through a 161 point inspection. But as soon as we started driving it we could tell there was a lot of problems. They actually told me to take it somewhere else to have it fixed when during the sale they had nothing but praise for their service department. Feel like I have been lied to so many times over. No one yet has offered to help. They just keep calling trying to get us to change our reviews. More

While I couldn't get a vehicle this trip to Brandon, the experience I had with Jessica, the insurance agent and the one manager who spoke to my husband and I was the most positive, up front and honest exper experience I had with Jessica, the insurance agent and the one manager who spoke to my husband and I was the most positive, up front and honest experience we've ever had. I have never had a positive experience at a dealership before, I've always had people lie and tell me they can absolutely do something. Jessica and the manager were up front and let us know the probability of us getting into something with where we were and were okay with us coming back in a few months when we were in a better position. We weren't pressured to buy if we weren't able! We will 10000% be making the trip back out when our situation is better. More

Jessica extremely informative and extremely personally invested to me as an individual and focused on quality rather than quantity beyond the standard and expected car salesman would normally be. Extremely helpful and forthcoming with answers and helpful information prior to even coming into the dealership in person. She was the only one of over 20 dealerships that personally Contacted me and was not a robot response. Apart from that, very much down to earth outgoing and upbeat personality, most definitely not pushy or pressuring to any Extent.
