Great experience overall Overall, had a great experience. Went there just looking but fell in love with the car, so we made the purchase. Salesman was great in the beginning Overall, had a great experience. Went there just looking but fell in love with the car, so we made the purchase. Salesman was great in the beginning, not pushy but very helpful and friendly. However, when we went inside to make the purchase, he changed completely. Didn't make our purchase experience very nice. Left us alone 95% of the time and was very straight to the point with everything. Spent more time outside on his phone than with us. Once we went back to finance for paperwork, the experience changed! Our finance guy Bo, was amazing!!! Made the whole experience wonderful!!! Quite a pleasure dealing with Bo! It was late when we finished and were given back to salesman. Didn't go over anything in the car with us and detail was minimal, not so great! However, 2 weeks later I received a call from Jessica for a follow up because our salesman Tony was on vacation. She was very disappointed to hear about our experience and had me come in. She went over everything with me in detail and had a phenomenal detail job done on our car!!! She was amazing and very nice!!! Overall, great experience! More
