I didn’t understand anything they were doing everything back and forth between 4 to 5 different people, I was never asked to be waited on when I entered the showroom, so I left and came back a second time, back and forth between 4 to 5 different people, I was never asked to be waited on when I entered the showroom, so I left and came back a second time, the salesperson was a black girl, very nice but not knowledgeable as though it was her first customer, she was very polite but she was trying to show me a vehicle on a lap top to no success so she kept going from office to office trying to get a vehicle on a computer. I was in the dealership for 4 hours, I am 71 year old widow, due to have. Spinal Fusion surgery, I was mentally exhausted from all the stress and confusion of all the different employees waiting on me. I came in to get a fair trade on my 2023 Honda Accord Touri g Hybrid, I had the Title which meant my vehicle was paid for. I left borrowing $23,000 that should verify that I was not given an honest trade There were things added to the deal that were in no way needed and I was paying for them. No salesperson went out to the HondaCR-V 2026 I had traded for came outside and opened the doors and explained how any of the equipment was operated I left the dealership got a few miles away and got into a severe thunderstorm, on Hwy in Decatur,AL raining so hard I couldn’t see the lines , in heavy traffic I had no idea how to turn on the defroster or the wipes on the rear windshield from hwy I entered I65 toward Huntsville with road construction underway, I felt like I was not in control of the car because I had not been informed of any operations. I had calmed down from the confusion at the dealership and looking baoat the sales contract realized I had been charged for service contracts that were not necessary. I returned to the dealership and asked for my car back and cancel the sale, I was told that was not an option and my car had already been sold, the sales manager removed $6,500 from my sales agreement I was told those were the only options available for removal So I was charged for things that were unnecessary. I called the Sales Manager and he told me to do whatever I felt necessary and hung up the phone! Sad when making a sale is taking advantage of individuals, they’re only interested in making their self earn money and a feather in their cap at the buyers expense! More

The car we wanted from your Cartersville store for some reason the deal I had a few cars I worked with Michael on and he was patient while we chose. The car we wanted from your Cartersville store for some reason the deal couldn't be made between your stores. Your team found one with a different dealer and got the deal done. Our next door neighbor saw our car and asked who we'd recommend shopping and we told him Shottenkirk!! Will definitely be purchasing our future Hondas with Shottenkirk Decatur. More

The overall team at Decatur is great and friendly. This is why I drive a hour to Decatur this was my second vehicle I bought from Decatur and the third that my family has bought but the other one was bought at the Huntsville location but Dru work with us in that one too she located it for us and we went to Huntsville to purchase it and we received the same service in Huntsville it's well worth my drive to be treated as family More
