It was nice to take it to my home dealership they were able to fix the problem that my car had been brought in for and they did it in a timely manner and I got my car back within the days they told me. One of the finance managers said, “I can’t guarantee the car you’re purchasing won’t need a new engine or transmission.” He was so desperate to sell me a warranty that he started bashing his own product. I went alone to finalize the sale and I can guarantee if my husband was with me they would have stopped after the first time I said no. I understand selling warranties gets the finance people a commission but after several no’s, they need to move on and finish the deal. More
