Teachable moment, I learned with JC, finance department which I didn't know regarding my car loan, adding any little extra money towards my principal. JC, was very helpful and treated me like I was a family member, Very nice! Then, the end a nice lady Luisana Colon, very nice gave me a bag with gifts inside, also she set up my service appt in September. Great team a City of Kia. More

Juan did an excellent job from start to finish. This was the first visit where the Rep. didn’t try to add extra services. Juan did however explain that one of my warranties was about to expire and This was the first visit where the Rep. didn’t try to add extra services.
