Honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable I just leased a 2019 CR-V EX and had a great time working with Julio (BD Manager), Jerry (Sr. Sales), and Ali (Finance). This team took the "suck" I just leased a 2019 CR-V EX and had a great time working with Julio (BD Manager), Jerry (Sr. Sales), and Ali (Finance). This team took the "suck" out of car buying. We had agreed on a price before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. I asked around at some other dealerships, and only 1 could match Garden State Honda, but their customer service was garbage. From the jump, Julio was straightforward and helped facilitate the entire process, even taking the time to text with me at 930PM on Tuesday. That's the type of customer service that sets a dealership apart when there are 5 others, within 30 minutes, selling the same cars. They had the car cleaned and ready for me when I got there first thing on a Saturday. I switched over all of my stuff from my 2016 CRV while they handled some paperwork. From start to finish I was out of there in 90 minutes and had pleasant conversations throughout. If you're getting a Honda in north NJ, don't go anywhere else. Oh, and shoutout to Andre who walked me through all of the bells and whistles. He knew his stuff and was super helpful. More

JERRY!! The man, the myth , the legend! Walking into the GS Honda today I was not acppecting to see jerry who helped me lease my accord 3 years ago. I instantly felt relieved once I saw him. Right after warm greetings Jerry wasted no time gettimg down to business. I told him what I needed then what I wanted and what my budget was and he got right to work. Jerry’s knowledge made the negotiation process so easy that we literally had a deal in about 35 minutes after a test drive and I promise I’m a very tough customer. Jerry also made the whole experience feel like you were talking to a family member the entire time. He was always doing something to speed along the process all while making my wife and I feel like the only customers there. We couldn’t be happier with our car or our experience. More
