My experience is always great at family hyundai with Jerry Lacey. I have purchased two cars from him so far and when I decide to purchase a new car, I will be retur is always great at family hyundai with Jerry Lacey. I have purchased two cars from him so far and when I decide to purchase a new car, I will be returning to him. He makes me feel comfortable, he doesn't put pressure on me to make a deal and he is very friendly and listens to what I want. I am very pleased when I decided to switch to hyundai a few years ago and came across Jerry. I will be recommending him to people who are looking to purchase at family hyundai. AL who works in the warranty department tho, I found a lot of my time to be wasted. I told him I was not interested in the tire warranty and he continued to show me pictures on the computer for 30 minutes and tell me stories about why I should get it. After I kept telling him no. Then he told me about the sealing of the cat for rust proof. I told him no and he then again spent another 30 minutes showing me pictures of people's cars on his computer. I was not happy. I had come straight from a long day at work and did not want to spend unnecessary time there. I found my experience with AL to be very aggravating and tiresome. I don't like feeling pressured into something after I say no. The lady in the last department to tell me about the extended warranty for my bumper to bumper was very nice I told her I was not interested and that was it. She did not pressure me into extending it. More
