I see Showcase Honda’s public statement was carefully worded—but clearly not backed by action. I called and left a message for Sean Hoopes on Wednesday morning, and it’s now Friday evening with no response. If your commitment to “respect and accountability” ends at public relations optics, then let’s call this what it is: damage control, not customer service. Ignoring follow-up speaks louder than any scripted apology. Silence doesn’t fix what you sold me, and it certainly doesn’t demonstrate integrity.
