I'm from Detroit Michigan (Motor City), but as a military veteran and IT contractor I have moved around a lot to different states. Not being from here I googled the closest Cadillac dealership to me in Texas, I was very disappointed, and the service was terrible. Next I found Covert Cadillac and met Megan, she was so nice and empathetic about my prior experience. Megan said she would help me; she was not pushy and put the little apprehension I was feeling at ease. We looked through Covert's great selection of models to choose from that helped me decide on the best car and best deal for my 2017 XT5 Luxury trade-in. I selected a beautiful brand new 2019 XT4 Premium Luxury model. I LOVE IT!!! Jerry Duran was the Finance Manager that worked the deal and I couldn't believe the payments he worked out for me. Jerry was so Professional, and he knows his stuff. He worked with Management, GM financial and Megan to give me a deal that I couldn't believe, and I couldn't refuse. Very COOL!!
