Problem resolved Had a check engine light come on within minutes of leaving the dealership. The entire staff bent over backwards to get it resolved, including coming Had a check engine light come on within minutes of leaving the dealership. The entire staff bent over backwards to get it resolved, including coming to my home, picking the car up and letting me use a loaner for a week. My salesman, finance manager and service rep were fantastic. This is the second Mercedes I’ve bought from LR Mercedes. I am extremely pleased with the experience. More

Great experience!!! Test drove a GLK that I really liked but wasn’t ready to buy. After a couple of hours, I couldn’t get it off my mind and called my associate Jerrold a Test drove a GLK that I really liked but wasn’t ready to buy. After a couple of hours, I couldn’t get it off my mind and called my associate Jerrold about 6 pm. I told him I could come back the next day since it was almost closing time. He was able to not only get an entire squad to stay over for us but to also get us out in less than an hour! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ultimate professionals and he didn’t try to sway my decision as I was trying to decide between Audi, BMW and Mercedes. The drive made the decision for me. More

Satisfied I have been a Mercedes customer for a long time and always go to LR Mercedes for servicing. I have to call to check on the status of my vehicle and too often, my requests is misunderstood so when I arrive with my vehicle, I have to correct the error. This leaves me skeptical that the correct service was done to my vehicle. More
