Honda of Ocala "The Best" We were out looking for a new microwave and decided to check out the new CRV's at Honda of Ocala. Before we knew it, we owned a new Honda instead of a new microwave. WOW! The CRV is an amazing vehicle....we got a great deal we couldn't refuse. We traded in our old CRV for the new 2017 CRV EXL. The staff made the paperwork very easy. They did all the work for us. We drove home in our new vehicle............now I still have to go out and find a new microwave. We definitely think very highly of Honda of Ocala and will certainly recommend them to our friends. More

A 2013 Honda Civic LX with 10yr/100,000 mile warranty ABOVE the miles that are currently on this used vehicle!! His exact words were "would you be seeing me today if your van was not broken down?" They took our van in on trade, AND had a tow truck pick it up from the mechanic where we left it at. Financing worked hard to get us a better interest rate. Over all they did a good job and we are satisfied with our purchase. More

Unprofessional and rude sales men. To start it off, the gentleman started with rude comments, and it only got worse and unprofessional. While on the test drive he said well i don't care what you do in the car as long as you buy it. Later on when we were trying to figure out numbers, he told we that it didn't matter if we said anything to managment regarding what was said on the test drive because "no one would belive us because they all think he is such a good guy" I was just appalled at the whole experience. I love honda and have a pilot but I will NEVER go back to honda of ocala I would rather drive to Orlando. More
