I received a quote by email and I was able to set an appointment in the same email so that I could sit down with my sales guy and have all my questions answered. I gave them the run around for months and I definitely did not deserve the patience I received but their dedication to making sure my experience was painless and perfect did not go unnoticed. I got a great deal on my lease, I was able to get some rebates applied, and the whole company including the owners congratulated me and thanked me for coming in. All around, my experience was perfect and I am extremely pleased with my Toyota Corolla! More

Great people to work with With my lease ending on July 1, I was very anxious about having to start a new lease in these trying times we're living in now. I wasn't sure how I wo With my lease ending on July 1, I was very anxious about having to start a new lease in these trying times we're living in now. I wasn't sure how I would get it done and get the car I wanted, but Jim Greenfield and his team made it easy for me. Jim took charge and worked out the lease agreement with me in his office while we were both 'masked'. Unfortunately, the car I wanted was not available at Metro Toyota, so Jim recruited his team to track down 'my car' and get it to Metro. It wasn't easy, especially with reduced staff at dealerships and limited inventory, but Jim and his team made it happen. I picked up my beautiful RAV4 today and I can't be more happy!
